Apple crumble
Ingredients (4-5 persons)
4 apples
100 g oatmeal
100 g whole wheat flour
75 g baking margarine
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 - 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
2. Peel and dice the apples. Mix with the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Put into an oven dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, whole wheat flour and the rest of the brown sugar. Add the margarine and knead well into a crumbly dough.
4. Divide the crumble dough over the apples in the baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Delicious with a bit of soy yoghurt on the side.
