Cancellation Policy

Your schedule changed? You are sick? Or your appointment is not longer possible?
Please cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance to ensure optimal scheduling.
Notification of cancellations or late arrivals can only be made via whatsapp or email.

If you don't cancel in time, or if you don't show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full consultation fee.
Can I count on your cooperation?
Unfortunaly late cancellations or no-shows not only affect my available time and income, but also the available care and time for other people.

Therefore, please keep your appointment, or cancel it in a timely manner if necessary. Otherwise, I will be forced to charge for the consultation.
